Salim, or "the twit" as you call him, has met Trump previously and they have a friendly relationship. He is probably the biggest Trump supporter of the group and I'm sure he wouldn't have done that if he didn't know beforehand that Trump was okay with it. Just like how they were allowed to promote their alcohol brand. I'm sure they didn't just randomly do anything without it being cleared first. They have several successful business ventures and a brand image and Trump is fine with them maintaining their image.
