DWAC = Share of the SPAC company being used to raise money to launch TMTG. The SPAC sells shares to raise cash and then merges with the new company - sort of like an IPO.

DWACW = A warrant to buy a share of the new company (TMTG) after the merger for the original offering price ($11 if I remember correctly) - sort of like a stock option. They are not redeemable until like 30 days after the merger but youcan buy/sell them like a stock up until the merger happens.

DWACU = A share of the SPAC + a fraction of a warrant (1/3, I believe)
