Hi, thanks for your comment. This post really pooped me out, as I put in around 130 of my own comments in response to people. I had no idea when I posted it would get such an enormous response.
So, sorry for the delay.
I'm glad you're trying high fat, low carb again. I hope it works and you enjoy it.
Here's my supplement regimen, more or less per day, in order of importance. I'm 6'0" and about 175 pounds.
-Multi-Vitamin/Mineral: Thorne 2/day (I just take one capsule as insurance)
-Vitamin D3: Thorne Vitamin D3/Vitamin K2 as MK-4, 9 liquid drops, 4,500 IU of D3 and 900 mcg of K2
-Vitamin K2 as MK-7: Dr.'s Best, 100 mcg (There's debate which is better, MK-4 or MK-7. I think MK-4 is better, but I take both because I'm a nut.)
-Magnesium as magnesium glycinate or magnesium taurate, 400-500 mg.
Hard to find in easily swallowable pills, but sold in bulk powder by Bulk Supplements which is how I take it, though it's not very palatable. Be careful of the tablets and capsules if you have trouble swallowing things, most of them are horsepills.
-Calcium as calcium bisglycinate, 400 mg. Here's a good product:
Or else Bulk Supplements sells it as powdered calcium aspartate, another good form, which I take, but again not very palatable.
-Iodine: RLC Labs i-Throid, 12.5 mg.
-Zinc: Swanson brand zinc picolinate, 22 mg.
-Fish Oil: Barlean's pharmaceutical grade, sold at Natural Grocers, 1 teaspoon.
-Vitamin C: Dr.'s Best Pureway-C sustained release, 500 mg.
-Vitamin A: Biotics Research Ae-mulsion, 3 drops, 6,000 IU.
-Vitamin E: Swanson brand Full Spectrum E.
Best of luck!
