Yeah it doesnt bother me as much when its not stickied and there are OBVIOUS logical issues everywhere in the claims it's making. This is just not quality reasoning and to sticky it shows incredibly poor judgement and reflects horribly on the whole community.
I feel like so many people mistake effort for quality. They see tons of formatting and assume legitimacy, it's an appeal to authority that is only made worse by it being stickied.
