Also, the guy they are quoting in that picture is the author of a really good book that you all should read if you haven’t. Called “Biohazard”

The Soviet BW program was way beyond anything you could ever imagine so it makes sense that the US and Ukraine government were using captured pathogens to continue development in secret. But it also makes just as much sense that they were just studying small samples for defense purposes.

This is far from absolute proof yet
