The Liberal I know says it's the oil company's faults. Of course he's also the same kind of fool that thinks that increasing taxes on corporate helps everyone... I don't think he quite understands that corporations just pass the financial burden onto the consumers. and therefore the taxes are still taken and if anything hurt the poor more.
