"According to several Mesa County election officials, DVS support was contacted at approximately 4PM on the 21st of October, and while the support representative claimed to not have a solution for the issue Mesa County was seeing, that issue ceased soon afterwards."
Assuming the times stated are Mountain Time, the times stated above would be
"shortly after 4:34 PM" ET and 6:00 PM ET respectively.

October 21, 2020 - 2:14 PM According to the data contained in the EMS SQL Server Database, new Tabulation and Adjudication databases were created on the EMS server at 12:18:50 PM October 01, 2020. These databases initially contained no data records.
reading the the log excerpts further in the report, the new T & A databases where created on the EMS server at 12:18:51 PM October 21, 2020. The version of the report that was released has confused the database creation on October 01 and the new databases created on October 21, 2020. Expect the correction to come pretty quick.
