i would add maybe putin passing the soccer ball was meant in part to say it was the USAs time to play the game of destroying the DS. there was a reason russia was on the one side and we were on the other of the suez canal. they kicked out the central banks so they are definitely going to get demonized in the press for being satan incarnate for doing what is best for russia and its people.
