Electoral College has final say and always has, they also do not have to vote with the people, they are allowed to vote how they want. The Electoral College has historically voted with the people, but seeing how long we have been infiltrated I am not certain that I can rule out media having a hand in making that up. The Electoral College is also not responsible for validating Fraud, like the Vice President. When the Electoral College cast their votes for Biden he was legally elected. That is not saying that Fraud won't/can't overturn the results but it has to be proven, sadly to judges that have care to listen in the first place.

Now, if it is true that the Corporation of The United States of America was voided then he doesn't have jurisdiction over the United States of America, he only has jurisdiction over D.C. which is foreign territory, it is not owned by the United States of America. This allows for Devolution or something, as we have belligerent occupation as a stepping stone to move forward! He had to remain in charge of the property for at least a year and something else I think. I do not recall much of the devolution stuff. That is some thick legal and my brain said nope!

Anyway, it had to be exactly like it is. He had to win!

When the Fraud is proven then it will be as though it never happened, unfortunately man's law takes time. You know it was written to protect people like Biden anyway, not you or me.
