Amen.
I keep thinking that God knows His own, and we do not. So, is it right for us to condemn people? We certainly must condemn evil and criminal acts. I believe this is biblical.
But as pointed out in another comment, if we are to love like Jesus, then we are to love good, bad, and ugly people. This is a struggle for me, but am working on it.
It was a very powerful moment when Justice Kavanagh, during his confirmation hearing, related in near tears that his daughter had urged that they pray for his accuser, even though she had falsely accused him. And, another one that stays in my mind is the forgiveness that the brother of a person that had been killed by a police officer who thought (mistakenly) that the victim had broken into her apartment. Their hug as the officer was being sentenced still has impact on me.
