Lots of assumptions. Zelensky probably has no control over the Nazi militias (they despise him) and questionable control over his distant armed forces (extended comms have been cut by Russia), but he has control over what he says about things and what he can do locally. What he says are lies. What he can do locally is turn civilians into cannon fodder, which he has tried to do. He makes no objection to, or apology for, the fact that his armed forces and militias are conducting war crimes, so he is complicit in those.

Gonzalo Lira has the theory, based on observation of Zelensky's behavior, that he is being kept in a coked-up state by the militias in order to be pliable to their will (Igor Kolomoisky, his patron, having fled the scene). So, he has some kind of a "keeper" or "handler" and/or "pusher" leading him by the nose (literally). Who is guiding the militias? Interesting question, unless they have been allowed to go rogue on their own.

Just because someone is a puppet doesn't mean that they are free from complicity in the evil deeds that they facilitate.

Lira also expects a false flag event, based on the trend of propaganda in the west, creating a myth that Russia is losing---as a foundation for an explanation that they (the Russians) had to resort to a desperate measure to make up for their failure. That, of course, would imply some kind of coordination or synchronization between the Deep State and the savage idiots in Ukraine.

But I will maintain: If "white hats" permit Zelensky to perform / approve / countenance atrocities, they are NOT "white hats." And it is moral folly to go down that road.

I will concede this is one man's opinion.

postscript: I apologize if I seem unduly contentious. I have been going through some uneasy times and I often am at this page when I am very tired. I think I have explained my idea of where Zelensky fits into the plot, but it's only an idea. No matter what, "actors" do not get "out of jail free" cards for crimes committed actively or by consent. This is real life, not play-acting.
