My research suggests eating raw foods, completely eliminating all processed foods from your diet, eating enough uncooked fatty acids of various types, and reducing your carbohydrate intake to near zero seems to be the golden ticket.
Things like raw fish, raw vegetables, maybe an apple here and there (seeds and all) is likely a win.
