Listen at around the 20:50 minute mark. Brand's view is that humanity requires a spiritual development in order to balance the great technological development we've experienced.
"Isn't one of the challenges we'll face is that we have to evolve other aspects of our nature, to keep up with the capacities of technology if we are to have any chance of surviving and indeed, challenging the dynamics that mean that there are still, to some degree, an elite that determine who is expendable, who is irrelevant, who is exploitable."
In other words, humanity needs to grow spiritually in order to keep our balance with the great intellectual and material power we now have, and to deal with a condition where elites are deciding the value and fates of other humans.
That's completely against the view nad philosophy of Schwab and his Great Reset (even though they will deny it - they say they are doing it all for the benefit of humanity.)
