We don't vote our way out of tyranny. Look around you. The continuous gaslighting on the brainwashing boxes are as strong as ever. The drones in this prison island are living lives like nothing has happened. The division on our so called "leaders" before, during, and after the height of protests have been unchanged. The unhinged continuation of push for the poison toxins and other tyrannical policies push forward, look at Victoria. You can call me a pessimist, but I fought hard and sacrificed what I had. And every time I tried to rally people, half of the excuses were "I got kids to look after", "Oh I'm away", "I got work to do"... The immediate comfort is far too attractive the the long term gain.
In the end, those who fought did so valiantly, some of which still continue. But we have fallen as there are far too many cowards and sleepy zombies. I'm not saying this is forever, I think we are now at the point we need to look after ourselves, and take a back seat and be passengers as the rest of the world fight.
