Because of the shock of what the bad guys were (whoever they are, IDK), the evil crimes and lies that the bad guys did and told (whatever the crimes and lies were, IDK), many who previously supported and defended what the bad guys have done will both feel guilty, and perhaps even be in denial of what was revealed.

However, we are not bad guys who will use their guilt of what we told them for our own gain, so we will not emphasize hateful judging collective guilt (not sure what bad guys would do such a thing to a population told they unknowingly supported crimes, IDK, not us though)

They perhaps will be skeptical of what was revealed. Some may even deny it due to the shock at first! However, after this is all done, literally everyone will feel much more free to speak what they believe.
