Edit: okay, this is a guide for how to vaccinate people who are willing, but anxious about it. They make a point of requiring informed consent in the beginning. Then later talk about opportunistic vaccination during sedation because sedation is not without risk and combining a one procedure with another is beneficial. So… put away the pitchforks.
