One of those 3 companies you mentioned is not under whitehat control and is definitely corrupt. There are a lot of unhappy employees (me being a former employee of one of those 3 companies you mentioned) who thought to try and fight the system within but gave up.

If these companies were under whitehat control, they would never have forced their employees to risk their lives and get vaccinated or threaten them with unemployment. They even tried to prevent their image from being tarnished by telling MSM that they gave their employees the choice to be vaccinated when in reality, they did not.
