They actually did inject poison into billions of people, with the experimental COVID-19 injections (mRNA gene therapy). It is said that this poison (spike protein) causes the human body to manufacture more of it.
When those people's immune system eventually EJECTS the poison (look into shedding if you don't understand this), it does so primarily through waste. This is why waste is always considered toxic, it contains ejected shit, literally. That waste enters the sewer system and drinking water supply.
