Johnson and Johnson announced they are splitting into two companies. I imagine one will be called Johnson and the other will be called Johnson. It could be a small Johnson company and a large Johnson company. The small Johnson can do only vaccines. The large Johnson gets all the rest. Then if the small Jonson gets sued for the vaccine they can cut off the small Johnson and keep the large Johnson.
