also, an international tribunal? i dunno.. feels like acknowledging a court higher than our own. but i guess if multiple nations are wanting a piece of the same crook this is the way to agree on what is to be done with them... everyone across the world might be snapping these fucks up so they are caught in many different countries possibly without extradition. i dunno just spitballin'
