1.) There's a myriad of issues like processed food, lead, chemicals, and shit in the water that could reduce IQ from a environmental standpoint.

2.) There's also another component at play. It may not be a popular because it's mean and unpleasant. If we are speaking honest, certain genes do help with IQ and intellect. Whether its book smarts or street smarts. There are differences in group populations. A group that is smarter on average should be more likely to see between the lines and understand there is a man behind the curtain. A population less susceptible to propaganda.

Everyone is different and there are genetic differences in populations. The US is becoming a melting pot and poor people reproduce at a higher rate. You could argue that those in poor situations are there because on average they are lower on the IQ scale. At what point has a person become dumbed down genetically to be more susceptible to propaganda, division? 5, 10, 15 IQ points?

3.) Negative IQ ethical dilemma -> Irregular warfare. Long term warfare strategy. If countries B, C, D had lower IQ on average than country A which is your cold war enemy. If you could use Country A's empathy against them and flood their countries with people from B, C, D. Then you'd slowly lower average IQ of country A. The Russians had different kinds of psychological programs in the US with mixed success. The US probably had a similar setup in the USSR. Turkey literally used a couple millions Syrian migrants/refugees as 'immigrant' warfare against the EU a few years ago for money. The EU caved and gave them a ton of money to hold. Migrating across the globe is easier than 70 years ago. It will be even easier and faster in the future. Is every country in the world destined to end up like Brazil?

4.) Positive IQ ethical dilemma -> In China they have covert Eugenics programs to breed people with more intelligence. Would any of you deny they would do something like this? Imagine for a moment if Singapore had continued a program like this from the 1920s. On average the people being born there might be slightly smarter. It's a big ethics dilemma but will happen with covert programs moving forward.

This is not to say we can't have empathy for different people. If you choose to stick your head in the sand and consider everyone is the same then by all means. It wont change reality.
