Can't see his face, so can't tell if he's angry or what.....

But yes, he is looking very uncomfortable, like he is being Forced to be there, or might be somehow disappointed for having to be there.....

In the Middle East, to show someone the sole of your shoe is to tell them that they are beneath you.....

If he were seated Cross legged, with his Right foot on top of his Left Knee, he would be telling everyone in that row that they were all beneath him.....

But he has his Right Leg trapped under his Left leg, signifying that only the one person to his immediate Left is to receive the message.....
