Keep in mind, these events do no need to happen in sequence. My understanding of how the military establishes these red lines is that once one of them is crossed, it triggers a counter-action/plan.
Also, who's to say that the EAM is meant for the US? Could this instead be a call-out to the remaining globalist forces to discourage so and get them to defect?
1.) We know you are going to remove GEOTUS sooner or later
2.) We know you are going to blackout any news of what's really going on sooner or later
3.) We know one of the ringleaders is going to sneak away in some meaningful way sooner or later
4.) We know you are going to move these 2 military units in to bolster your defenses sooner or later
5.) We know you are going to hide in Cheyenne Mountain sooner or later
6.) We know you will use your puppet Sec Def to issue a noteworthy order sooner or later
... We will trigger the Secret Service to engage.
... We will begin executing plan Castle Rock.
