Since when do you get the right to repost a copyrighted move on a legal hosting site?

The reason I posted it is because something like 2000 mules and what it exposes should be there for EVERYONE to see....That's all I'm trying to put across....I understand the concept of Copyright....Considering the explosive content, this should be EVERYWHERE for EVERYONE to see the Truth...Thats it.
