It was a white guy and he live streamed it. He was wearing a military uniform and seemed to be targeting African-Americans. It seems to be a copycat of the NZ shootings from a few years ago, almost exactly (racial writings on his gun and he even named Tarant in his manifesto)
What's odd is his live stream video hasn't been released, but there are many screen shots from it, meaning whoever has it has the video but isn't releasing it, just screen grabs. The view count was low, indicating low profiling, though when the crime occured, these 20 or some people found his channel.
Someone on 4chan posted screenshots saying he was scared of being arrested if he releases the video because hes Canadian.
I'm assuming this is a FF because he targeted minorities. Hes also a racist. Possibly to drum up riots for the midterms, or to use as a distraction for the upcoming Sussman trial. Regardless, it will no doubt blow up un the media, calls for recalls, change in media cycle.
