...but with Event 201 having occured at the exact time of the "lab accident,"...

Correct. And, my previous statement does not exclude or disagree with potential connections to Event201, or any other conspiracy theories.

The point I am trying to make is, metaphorically speaking: Which came first, the chicken or the egg?

Conventional theories suggest that some kind of deliberate human action needed to happen to initiate a preconceived plan of action- like Event201.

What I am suggesting, is that a plan like Event201, or others, could be plans constructed more from pre-Cognition, rather than pre-Meditation.
In other words- Some people foresaw an accident waiting to happen (dangerous germs escaping from bio-labs) and hatched a plan(s) for how to leverage such disasters to their advantage, and for their own agendas- willful negligence.

Statistical prediction modeling is an amazing field of (math) science. It is heavily relied on in the medical industry, so it stands to reason that these pharma corps. all have the best statistical analysis teams money can buy.
Try viewing these germ outbreaks through a lens looking for "willful (gross, criminal) negligence." You may be surprised at what you can see.
