Greg Philips was the one who initially identified the the Starkville computer complex as one of the data processing sites during the Charlie Kirk interview on 11 April 2002 (link below). Kirk's questions were based on the preview of the 2000 Mules documentary that was all over the internet.

Movie 2000 Mules was initially released in 300 theaters nation wide on 2 May 2022.
Gave the opposition plenty of time to bring resources to bear to force TTV out of the MSU facility.
Why?
Why identify the facilities at all?
Lots of possibilities...
One possibility, if the open records requests came from white hats, leaked to the black hat opposition MSM in order bait the hook to lure (internal and external to MSU) black hat control and command to activate and pressure MSU to give TTV the boot... there is a possible two-fer...
If the locations were blown anyway and continuing to use them would be a security risk... (you've taken your shot... move to your next firing position...) then publicly identifying the locations (along with having eyes and ears on) creates a hybrid blue dye opportunity.
Plus, nobody will be sniffing around Starkville anymore... not that MSU would have any visibility of or oversight over whatever goes on in "NOAA" spaces [ORION] in the complex.
Lots of other possibilities... main thing is to keep an eye open and an ear "tuned" to this part of the narrative / movie.
