Due to the nature of spacetime, you are either moving through space, time, or a combination of both - but there is a maximum speed at which you can do this. It is either 100% through time, or 100% through space, or if in combination a lesser percentage of both.

The maximum speed has to do with causality. You cannot go faster than light as that would break causality. There isn't really a way to go 100% the speed of light through time or space.

To go back in time is not possible unless you are meaning that this simulation/Westworld/program/holodeck we are on is rolled back like a server rollback or previous save. While that could be possible - it just wouldn't be possible if you are also holding the Bible to be true.
