My daughter had Lyme and we did see the bullseye around the tick bite and one of the predominantly early symptoms was her knees hurt and it became hard to walk. I believe leukemia also has that symptom. She was really tired also but the bullseye was the key. Not all Lyme presents like this because there is evidence it can be transmissable ie. from your infected dog,etc.
