He was right there out in the open. How could no one recognize him at all? The crowd would very quickly start freaking out if 2 Trumps were at the same place. I also doubt they would allow a body double to publicly appear with the President. That just seems like it would defeat the entire purpose of a body double.

Edit: After further watching the video, it could be that this is a 90+ year old President Trump. I guess he would be hard to recognize at that age compared to now.
