The United States is roughly around 3000 miles from west coast to east coast. That's JUST the U.S. Now imagine how the planet is roughly 71% water, and how there are other large entire continents, of which our country does not even make up the full continent here.
You literally couldn't perceive a curvature at this altitude, and beyond that you are not seeing anything else that points to a flat Earth.
Water doesn't just flow off the side and magically reappear.
