Where's a photo of the perp? How do we know this is not a FAKE EVENT with a made up person - or the use of a former cop's persona to use for this FFlag?
From the article:
A retired New York police officer was arrested outside of the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., on Friday morning after he was found with a fake badge, body armor, a BB gun and ammunition that included high capacity magazines. [But no gun that fit the high capacity magazines]
Note: the images above show an orange-tipped plastic toy gun, a notebook full of papers, some tasers, BUT NO REAL GUN.
A senior New York City law enforcement official told NBC News that Felipe is a former NYPD officer who left the department in 2018 as he faced departmental charges.
The charges were allegations he misrepresented himself in official proceedings as a detective when his actual rank was police officer, the law enforcement official says.
As a result of the allegations, the official says, Felipe could not get the proper credentials upon retiring from the police department to get a gun permit.
His NYPD ID card actually says “no firearm,” the official says.
"An USCP officer started talking to Felipe, who presented the officer with a fake badge that had "Department of the INTERPOL" printed on it."
