These problems go back a long way.

And yet ... the Age of Enlightenment and the founding of America pushed through all of that.

Are we to roll over and act like victims, or point out that the emperor has no clothes, and the emperor is not in charge, anyway?

Ya gotta start somewhere.

Changing mindset is that somewhere.

The time for identifying the problems has long passed.

It is now time for identifying the solutions, and the American legal principles are the foundation of those solutions.
