I would agree with this, a telehealth Dr that can order bloodwork and check for things in your age range, hormones and other stuff. Then they can interpret the data to you on the next visit.

If not might as well be 100% sure the systems in your area haven't changed policy and don't require vax for treatment, it sounds like a violation in itself but I know how covid gave free reign to the health systems. Best of luck OP

Also, get the price for the lab work before if you can, I went a few months ago to labcorp and my insurance was billed $700.
