Every time I place a new order via computershare I simply input a value to invest, less fees. Let’s say stock price is around $95 so I put in $2000 for that particular order assuming I’ll get around 20, but it’s always fractional. Directstock regs stipulate you will get confirmation or filled order in 1-5 business days at whatever the price is at settlement. It’s always fractional shares…..so not sure what you mean. Yes, if I was a paper handed little Chad who only bought through my Webull or Robinhood accounts I can specify an exact share volume and my account is debited at the ‘lit’ market price and there no fracs. I’m assuming you are not DRS’ing your shares or at least not buying via computershare and only transferring….? Otherwise my portfolio is always .xxx ending
