Says that he's been trying to make a plea deal, but prosecution won't bite. Which was very good info and still is. And lead me to go see what MSM was saying about it which lead me to the next article below.

The article says he's "pleading open" so that there is no plea deal with the prosecution. This is strange, I got mixed up on my articles in my original reply, because I went on a short side quest in digging on this story. But now I am more confused as to this Douche, I bet he has dirt though, but it makes me wonder if he has any real good dirt, or if this dude is just a crappy person who is a douche.
