Go down historical laws passed and determine which ones were positive or negative on our society. Ie - I would ban the following - women’s suffrage , Congress’s right to insider stock trading, the Patriot Act, the Federal Reserve, women in our military, women in leadership roles in church.

Then determine what new laws would be needed to thwart this from happening again. I.e., I would limit Congressional terms and ban foreign ownership of US property.

Also, our entire 3-letter agencies need completely dismantled and rebuilt with checks in place.

PS - I understand you are focusing on attacking feminism. But there is more than that that needs addressed.
