These gas prices are really starting to depress me. 😔
I've been planning a move to the lower 48 for the past couple of years. Wanted to do a road trip through Canada, but between the COVID checkpoint nonsense, and the insane fuel prices from state to state it is becoming ever more unrealistic to even consider this trip until President Trump is back in office, and gas returns to a sane level.
Looks like I'm stuck where I am until The Storm passes. Probably for the best. I'm just ready to move on to the next chapter of my life.

When Trump was in office I could have made the drive to my new home for about $5000. With the national average of gas right now at $6, rising quickly to $10 I'm looking at between $15,000 - $20,000 just in driving costs alone!
