Try some organic gelatin, which is pretty much collagen. I have been taking this every so often in combo with a chiropractor and smoothies with berries and fruit that are anti-inflammatory (strawberries, pineapple, grapes, oranges). Cut back on inflammatory foods. Go on walks to keep yourself flexible.
There are some good CBD out there. I use zilis and fab crèmes. I also really like penetrex as well. It's not CBD but 1000x better than icy hot, bio freeze BS.
