Lol... No... Believe it or not I only learned enough Afrikaans to pass school...When I went to the Netherlands (Lived there for 20 yrs) it helped me learn Dutch...So now when someone talks Afrikaans I hear it in Dutch which I then try to translate into Afrikaans....if that makes sense.....And I will NEVER give up....
