While in captivity didn’t the Hebrews ( not called Jews yet) just make the bricks/stones for the pyramid? I feel like the Bible would have definitely recorded a Hebrew-constructed pyramid-it does say the Hebrews worked in the pits...Jerusalem had walls and a Temple and the Bible does describe those constructions by Hebrews/ Jews... the Egyptians constructed the pyramids
