PS I think vitamin D is the main factor here. I had my husband take all of our vitamins I take to his doctor on Medicare to see if it was okay for him to take them. You have to bring all your medications including vitamins every time you go. He does not take any medications but he takes vitamins so he took my protocol with him. I also had him say that we wanted to know his vitamin D level so I knew how strong of a vitamin he should take.

The doctor said yes that's a great idea!

Then she said Medicare does not test vitamin D on the quarterly blood pallet! DING! Imagine that! I'm not on Medicare yet and it's included in my blood work.

Then she went on to say doctors find as people are low on vitamin D in Michigan and northern states and they are equally as low in places like Florida! "So we just recommend a supplement."

BUT THEY NEVER DID RECOMMEND IT UNTIL I HAD HIM TAKE MINE IN TO SAY HE WANTS TO TAKE IT!!

AND COVID LIKE ALL FLU IS HARMFUL TO OLDER ADULTS. But don't test that vitamin D...

They were giving it out to people in Florida after they got sick!

I think this is an important post for everyone here today!

MEDICARE DOES NOT TEST FOR VITAMIN D. And you don't get it through a tan! Your bare eyeballs absorb most of it! So find a moment to take those sunglasses off and look around in the daylight.
