It was just before and during the 2019 MLK weekend (Jan 16 - 21, 2019). These noteworthy things happened:

-01-01-2019, Nancy & the Dems had refused to be reasonable forcing Congress into shut down. Members of the DNC left town and partied, posting selfies at resorts, the beach, etc. The Pres said he wasn't leaving, and he and the VP would stay at the WH to try and solve the shutdown during early and mid January. Note: Remember they were also shut down over the Christmas holiday, too and all left town, but not President Trump who stayed at the White House to try and work on solve the issues at hand... So, everybody would be gone, but AGAIN not President Trump, and this time, VP Pence would be there, also.

-01/16/19, Wednesday - Days before the MLK holiday weekend, Nancy urged the president to postpone his State of the Union address which he was trying to schedule for the following Tuesday, 01/22/19. It is a custom for the Pres to ask the Speaker for permission to use the House Chambers, and the Speaker will then 'grant permission' to the President. But this time Nancy refused to let him schedule or have access to the House chamber citing 'Security Concerns'.

Why would she not let him schedule his State of the Union? What Security Concerns was she talking about? Has this ever happened before? These are very good questions to ponder.

-01/16/19, Wednesday - Subsequently, Donna Brazile tweets this, "Madam Speaker today, Madam President by Monday. What a beautiful way to start the MLK Holiday". Hours later, Donna Brazile amended the tweet to say, "Madam President shortly thereafter..."

-01/17/19, Thursday - The Pres sees numerous rolling carts with an unusual amount of luggage awaiting loading and is made aware that Nancy, her 'future cabinet' and their extended families (total count of 93) were scheduled to take an AF jet for a 2-week (!) vacay to Brussels, Afghanistan and Egypt. No wonder she didn't want to allow him to have his State of the Union Address the next week. She was going to be out of town for weeks and had not advised the President of her plans.

Pres. Trump was suspicious and angry that Nancy was not serious about solving the Government shutdown and her flaunting of her use of Air Force jets and taxpayer money to use on such a (clearly planned) extended get-out-of-the-U.S. flight to specific and curious locations. Pres. Trump smartly instructed AF to cancel the flight, citing Nancy's need to stay home and actually work to end the shutdown. The huge, chartered Air Force buses were full of Nancy's family and friends awaiting to take them to the Jet out on the tarmac. After hearing the flight was cancelled, the buses circled the Capitol Grounds for quite a while and no one would disembark for several hours. Inquiring minds wanted to know why they stayed on the buses for so long.

-01/17/19, Later in the day, the FBI arrests a terrorist-wannabee Muslim man (whom they had been working with clandestinely) who had been plotting to use an anti-tank rocket to blow up the White House. He had driven from GA and was attempting to hit the White House and several other important locations over MLK weekend, killing the Pres & VP.

• Was Nancy's shutdown of the Government and the subsequent exiting of all working Congressmen and women to go on taxpayer Boondoggles far from the Capitol done in order to keep them safe? Was her 'last-minute' exit from the country related to some foreknowledge of a planned assassination attempt of the Pres & VP leaving her as the Commander in Chief?

Is this what Donna Brazile was talking about in her earlier tweet about Nancy being Commander in Chief?
