You're literally implying that things are going to get bad enough that people will start dying en masse from starvation if they don't have the skills to survive in the wild. That's a classic Mad Max style end of the world scenario.
If things turn out like you're suggesting then YES that WILL happen, because people act that way when they get desperate. Look at what happened during Katrina. You had people forming gangs and robbing each other, the national guard, supply storages, checkpoints, etc. and killing each other in the street out of desperation because they needed to provide for their families.
Now imagine that on a GLOBAL scale. That is the world you're claiming we're heading for. So yeah, if you're even remotely right, there's no point in the "the plan" and we might as well start a hot war right now since the alternative is Immortal Joe, and the war boys riding through the deserts of Texas telling all us normie peasants without survival skills to "witness them".
As for the loved one's dying part, yes, some people's family members are stupid. Just like you said, we're all accountable for our own actions, but if the white hats are going to create a scenario where Mad Max becomes a reality, then the people who were responsible and didn't make bad choices aren't safe as promised either.
I don't disagree with the sentiment, but the end result you're envisioning is ridiculously convoluted and unrealistic when you put any amount of serious thought into the topic.
