Some died. Some lived. Some Trusted Jesus. Some didn't. Actually, hopefully, prayerfully for those who trust Jesus, healing occurred - but the powers in charge will not help in the healing direction. That's the political, druglords, and medical and financial powers.

God is Himself Supreme, Guardian, Righteous, Healing, and is already near to those who call on Him and who trust Him continually. He is able to deliver perfectly all that is required for healing and life, now and eternally.
