Good question.
I'd guess psychologically, a lot of us have "been through some shit", not unlike how a lot of leftist militants have, or how a majority of transexuals were brutalized as children. Experiences make a person to a large extent.
Story as old as time. Nature vs nurture.
A lot of us were likely a different, more resilient breed of person who didn't necessarily get crushed and "reset" by those earlier experiences but instead made it through highly skeptical, but relatively unscratched. Non-Q psychologist literature backs up that this is indeed a studied phenomenon. Usually because the child has at least one stable role model heavily involved in "saving their soul".
As we grew older, we took in the evidence around us, Q came around and made a lot of sense to what we already inately sensed from our own experiences.
Yes, I realize a similarly like-minded non-believer could see this as evidence of us being manipulated. Possible. At one point in MY life, I was on same side of the fence as you probably are.
Here's the thing, our theory allows room for the possibility we're all being played.
The only thing I know is I know nothing.

P.s. MOST important is Christ is King. But I'll leave that for another time. 😉
Good question.
