Not sure what you mean by "voluntary transactions" is. I assume you mean buying and selling. I believe in that context, that those engaged in the selling not the buying would be punished. As I stated I'm sure that the amount sold, the danger of the specific drug and the degree of threat to life presented by the offender would be considered before execution. I mean if I give a coworker an aspirin would I be arrested and killed. Come on. Use some common sense. Trump isn't a murderer.
