Tineye returns around 53 examples of the photo you've posted here. About ten of them are used in the then current time frame. About 70% of them are being used out of context, giving people false information. About 15% of the returns are posted in recent months.
If that doesn't tell you that there is a problem with how information is being shared, what does?

Someone else posted a random photo of a vehicle with iron cladding and stated: Dutch Farmers are putting armor on their tractors. The photo was from something else completely.
It's just the downside of having a lot of citizen journalists and folks who are sharing info; false info comes through.
Not a big deal, but something to keep tabs on, imo.
