Three meals a day with 50 carbs TOTAL for all three meals combined. Try to stay under 2000 calories per day for all three meals combined. After a week or two then drop down to two meals a day. One meal every twelve hours. Then try to go for one meal at 10am and another meal at 3pm. Takes a while for your body to adjust but it will. The greatest thing about the Keto diet is that when you've been on it for a while you don't crave sugar.
