i don't think it will be a disaster. we know there will be no widespread disaster, and a contained disaster would not make an effective scare event.

i think a proper scare event gets the majority of earths population extremely worried for their own safety for at least a few days.

...without those fears coming to fruition.

this could be:

-food supply threatened (empty shelves gets everybody worried)

-sky event (blue beam, real aliens, flying spaghetti monster, etc)

-fertility scare, children-of-men style, for the jabbed. this will force normies to address the covid lie and the corruption. and its not unreasonable to think a cure could be found, making it a true scare event while still keeping people safe.
